HOLZLUST

Holzlust is the result of the Sommernachtstrum (2020), a residency of artists, performers and musicians co-creating and researching together on the border between Germany and Poland. Through somatic research into the oneiric qualities of the woodlands an intervention was held in the middle the night.

A wondering choir led into the deepest layer of the woods, a drum calls into the silence and five bodies move with the deep resonance of the space. The Carneal, the earthly and the mortal dance in the dwelling place of the spirit.
