Service Description

This class is for awareness of movement. We will be going through each exercises slowly, to discover where the restrictions lie in your movement and to release tension. I use exercises influenced by Feldenkrais and Klein Technique. These exercises are designed to improve balance and flexibility (without force of stretching). So it is a nice, gentle class and really good conditioning for the body and mind.
