In this 5 week's intensive class you will learn

01

Week 1: Guided improvisation

Each class is introduced with a guided improvisation warm-up.

We tune the body by integrating the breath, gravity, textures, supports, rhythms, speed changes and coordination allowing the body to access fluidity and awareness of movement.

02

Week 2: Exploration & Development

We create different movement-tasks articulating them in time and space, challenging the way we phrase movements and stimulating our choices and creativity.

In this class you develop your own choreography, which is shared with the group and integrated throughout the group.

03

Week 3: Act and React

We open up to the space and to the group. Learn how to dance in a common language, follow your intuition, react and flow with movement and with each other.

04

Week 4: Practise rehearsal

By week 4, a common theme is found throughout the group, we start to develop a form and narrative.

In this class there is a focus on the practice of composition together, using all the previously worked elements in a playful and precise way.

05

Week 5: Performance

General rehearsal and to close, there is a group performance. Open to the public.
